Hi Leire...
Do you know where you'll be in Deux Sevres ? I've part of my family there (in Niort and Parthenay). It's an enjoying country for those who like coutryside. Rolling hills at the east and far north, flat on the west. Not too far from sea (i recommand La Tranche for beaches, and La Rochelle for enjoying//visit). You can also visit the "marais poitevin" a moor you can visit with tiny boats at the west, castles (in Thouar, Parthenay, Niort, and famous Salbart castle) and may be, enjoying Chizay forest and its zoo in the south.
Have a good instalation...
PS : - A common bread there is called a "pain de deux" meaning a bread of 200g.
- the word "tantôt" means afternoon...
- Sometimes, peaple of this region use the third person to talk about themselves. _________________ Semper Fidelem |

You're welcome...
St Maixent is rather cool too... You may find celtic tumulus (funeral hills) in nearby villages... I don't truly remember where...
May be in Mougon.
There're too some lakes built up with beaches and walking ways...
Tell us what you found... _________________ Semper Fidelem |
