Can someone explain to me how to pronounce the French R, please?

For example,

Je Regarde la television

I remember you're spanish (if i'm not wrong).

It's just beetween your spanish R and J. It shall roll a few, but not too much.

I find it difficult to explain. Just listen to Frenchies in vacation this summer. It might also help.

It is very hard to explain but it rolls at the back of the mouth not the front. Like a cat purring.
