Hi everyone, I'm seriously looking at coming to live in france, thinking of a country house with some land to cultivate my own vines and produce some wine. Generally looking for the 'good life' I have enough capital and income to support myself so am looking for quality of life in a rural setting rather than city life.
Any advice from others who've tried something similar or who know those who have, would be gratefully received.
Thanks in advance. _________________ Remember: You don't stop laughing because you grow old, You grow old because you stop laughing! |

well it all matters what you mean by rural setting? France is huge, lots of pretty and even cheap places to live in the outskirts, so the more specific i can help you _________________ City Walks of Paris France Videos and Pictures |

Hi I purchased a vinyard through Internet French Property in the Alsace region, which is surrounded by forest and open countryside, so if your looking for a rural life Alsace is a good choice.
Good luck! |

| Just google for it. Think twice or thrice before you buy a property. Consider about cost of living, electricity, phone and other bills before you select a place to live in. |
