 Post subject: UK Bank and Credit Card Charges |

Hi there,
Can anyone out there advise about reclaiming UK bank and credit card charges. I am not sure if it is still possible now I am living in France.
Has anyone tried and succeeded, if so I would like to know how.

| Hi Chris and welcome to the forum. What do you mean by reclaiming bank charges? Have you tried to contact the bank directly? |

Hi Jenny,
Basically the bank has charged me unauthorised overdraft charges. If I went say £12.00 overdrawn they slapped on a £30.00 admin charge. The credit card charges are for generally late payments and again there fees are on average around £30.00.
I have heard about people reclaiming these charges but to be honest I am not sure I am commited enough to do it myself. I was just asking if anyone had any advice about this and perhaps used one of these claims companies.
