lost my father

hello ,
i am chourfa from palestine authority , i lost lovely person at france , he is my father....
my father entered france nearly by 1984 coming from west germany , he was shown at paris in the same year , i lost connection with him ,
i tryed to contact the french embassy at my country ,but with sorry they didnt have any info about my father.i dont know why , but i feel that he still in france as he told his old friend in his last met at paris since 1984.
let me tell you that i faced the same conditions when he was in west germany , the german authorites informed me also that the didnt have any info about him , but when a german friend tried to help me , we discoverd that my father was registered at augsburg from 1971 to 1980 under the nam chourfa faouzi ??????
this made me uncontent with the answer if the goverments authorites.
i hop that i can find some one who can work with me to find my father
