There're so many different things to see in France you should be aware of what you like (or want) to see before getting there. Rather every part has its own specificity and its valuable trait.
In my opinion, Paris should be the most magnifiscent (for those who like history and old stones). But you can enjoy nearly heavenly beaches on riviera, or sportive river descending in cental mounts.
