Post Post subject: Is this correct? Reply with quote

Bonjour,

Can you please tell me if this paragraph is correct? I just started studying French.

Le garçon est malade et est mange/prendre sa médécine. Des enfants joue dehors aussi. Il a un lit, une table de nuit, des jouets sur le placher et une fenêtre grande dans la chambre.

I'm describing a picture and I'm trying to say "The boy is sick/ill and he is taking his medicine. Some kids are playing outside too. There is a bed, a night table, some toys on the floor, and a big window in the bedroom."

Merci boucoup

Hi...

Quote:

Le garçopn est malade et prend son médicament...

"Médecine" is not the good translation. It's the science of doctors (i don't know how to qsay in English).

Quote:

Des enfants jouent dehors aussi.

as it's plural...

French are used to put the adjectecive before the word... Most of the time.

Hope it's usefull

Thank you very much

A few small corrections:

Reguards=Regards

Hope it's useful (It would sound better to say "(I) hope this is helpful/(I) hope this is useful)

How do you say "Regards" in French?
