 Post subject: carte de sejour for chinese |

if a person has a valid passport such as a chinese passport, but the visa is expired by two years and that person is legally sans papier or illegal.
if they try to apply for a marriage in france or a carte de sejour, will they automatically be turned downed. or what is the best way to solve the problem |

I'm sorry I don't have a clue to that one. Probably only a lawyer specialising in ctizenship would know.
