Wedding venue advice please

Hi
I was wondering if anyone knows of a big beach house or similar available for rent where my partner and I could hold a wedding blessing for up to about 30-40 people? I've looked at lots of chateaux but they are all a bit grander than the informal ceremony we would like to plan. We'd like somewhere as close to the Aquitaine coast as possible. Thanks in advance.
