Storage required

I am looking for storage rental within 40 kilometres of Beziers. I don't mind if it is a purpose built place or if you have a garage you want to earn some income from. It will be to store some personal household items and some work items. The work items will include spare spa pumps and spa parts and accessories and some swimming pool parts so it needs to be dry and secure. I would also like room for a large purpose built spa delivery trailer 2.3m x 3m approx . I would need unrestricted access but not at socially unacceptable hours. The rental period would be for a minimum of 6 months. I would like to be able to have access to electricity on ocassions as well and ideally a small area to set aside as a work area to ocassionally pre-assemble wooden parts for barrel suanas and hot tubs. This involves the use of nothing more than powered hand tools.
