 Post subject: Rental Car - What are my rights? |

The insurance company didn't tell me anything about my rights regarding a rental car. Other people had told me that I am entitled to one though. I asked the insurance company repeatedly for a rental car because I am unable to simply get one and then send them a receipt. They set things up at a rental car company today and told me to come pick up the car. But then I found out from the rental car company that I can only have it until Thursday.
