My partner and I have set up a sarl business in Lot deparment 46 and 19. And are working hard to get the business going. We run a property Maintenance business. However we find it difficult as a lot of people do it cheap on the black!
What is this Chèque Emloi? i understand it is legal but not sure what is it. were we better of doing this rather than a Sarl? I never heard of this before and just wondered what it is

Choosing the use of CETPE (Chèque Emploi Très Petites Entreprise) doesn't mean you'll have to stop your SARL. It's just a facility to make your salary management.
At the opposite, using the CES (Chèque Emploi Service) implies that you don't have any society, and your clients are the boss. They must make the action themselves to pay you. I don't think it's the way you used to work now (and it's far cooler for your clients i imagine).
