Post subject: French culture |

| I will be visiting France this spring. I don't want to travel around much and just go sight-seeing (I've already done that). This time I want to go to a city where I can relax, have a few beers, do some writing, and take a closer look at French daily life and culture. I have no idea where to go for this. Right now I'm thinking Tours, but that's really just a shot in the dark. A college town might be entertaining (if French college towns are anything like here in America). Any suggestions? |

Tours is not a very interisting town. Too near from paris. Try Bordeaux. It's a bigger town with a best climate ! |
