Reggae Evening in St Jean de la Ruelle

If you want to get into the Christmas spirit the Afro-Caribbean way, then on the 10th of December there is a great evenings entertainment planned with reggae artists Ras Dumisani, Dreaddy Baro and Medjai taking place in St Jean de la Ruelle.

The evenings entertainment starts off at 17h with a film about Afrique Millenaire, this will be followed by a Ethiopien meal and cup of coffee so you really do get a chance to get into the spirit of the nights proceedings.

The music begins at 20h30 with the artist Medjai performing his wonderful music. Afterwards it is the turn of Dreaddy Baro and the Kendeya band who will entertain the audience with their afro-reggae music (for all lovers of this type of music, and I am sure there are plenty of you out there, you get the chance to buy a copy of his new album!).

Later on in the evening, at 23h30 or thereabouts, Ras Dumisani takes to the stage with his Afrikhayaband, so the evening promises to be one of fun and reggae all rolled into one.

Entrance to this fantastic musical extravanganza is 10 Euros per person and if you want to find out more about it then you can contact the organisers Tél. 0661970546, email musiqueetsourire@yahoo.fr
