|
Amiens is a city and commune in the north of France, 120 km north of Paris. It is the préfecture (capital city) of the Somme département.

It is France's largest cathedral and its 42 m-high nave is also a national record. Notre-Dame also features ornate doorways, beautiful stained-glass windows, and stunning, 16th-century choir stalls.
