
The ConnectU founders, Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss and Divya Narenda, state that while at the university Mark Zuckerberg had agreed to write computer code for them, but that he delayed doing this and then went on to create Facebook using their ideas.
Facebook, like MySpace, has become incredibly popular worldwide with an estimated 31 million users, whilst ConnectU only have some 70,000.
Facebook's lawyers claim that ConnectU had no hard evidence to support their allegations and has asked a Boston district court judge to dismiss the case against them.
