Ray Roberts, from Anglesey, north Wales, said he saw a little girl looking like Madeleine McCann in Sliema wearing what looked like a black wig.
The newspaper In-Nazzjon revealed that two tourists had reported to Maltese police that they had seen a girl matching Madeleine McCann's description in Valletta, and four more people have come forward with possible sightings since then.

A spokesman for Madeleine McCann's parents, Gerry and Kate McCann, said they were not focusing on the potential sightings of their missing daughter until more official information was available.
