Rolling Stones play Belgium on A Bigger Bang tour
Veteran rock band the Rolling Stones performed to some 33,000 fans in Belgium on the latest leg of their A Bigger Bang tour of Europe.

The Rolling Stones’ gig was held in the Belgian town of Werchter and the press gave it rave reviews, although the concert attracted so much interest that a traffic jam extending for 50km (30 miles) was caused.

Rolling StonesThe Rolling Stones are playing a total of 30 dates on their tour, which will include Serbia and Russia, and three performances at London's O2 arena in August.

France, Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands, Ireland, Germany and Scandinavia are all countries the Rolling Stones will visit as well on their A Bigger Bang tour.

This coming weekend, the Rolling Stones headline the bill at the Isle of Wight festival, and it will be their first UK festival appearance since Knebworth Fair in 1976. Singer Mick Jagger is reported to have said the Rolling Stones would like to play Glastonbury Festival in future too.
