
The three-day Glastonbury Festival, which begins on 22 June, is going to be the biggest ever held there, and has an extended capacity of 177,500.
And it’s been good news for Glastonbury Festival organiser Michael Eavis who has been granted a new four-year licence, which takes Glastonbury Festival as far as 2010.
Bjork, Super Furry Animals and Babyshambles are just three of the acts booked to appear on the Other Stage, whilst Hot Chip, The Twang and The Gossip will be topping the bill on the John Peel Stage.
This year at Glastonbury Festival people can help the campaign to save the planet with organic food on sale, eco-friendly toilets and showers and recycled toilet paper will be available.
