The chauffeur went on to explain to the court that he was sitting in his car at 5am in the morning when he heard a loud "pow" sound and then saw Phil Spector coming out carrying a gun and with blood on his hands.
Adriano De Souza added that he went inside the mansion and saw the woman with blood on her face.
The court was told that Lana Clarkson hadn’t wanted to go back to Phil Spector’s house before she died and that Phil Spector had become furious when she had spoken to him and said she would just have one drink.
Phil Spector has been accused of threatening four separate women with guns in the past, however, he denies murdering Lana Clarkson, claiming she killed herself.
