Restriction order issued for Sandra Bullock’s stalker
An American court has imposed a restriction order against the woman who stalked actress Sandra Bullock and Orange County Superior Court Judge Thomas Borris concluded that it was a "clear and convincing" case of stalking.

Sandra Bullock explained to the court that the accused woman, Marcia Diana Valentine, 45, had tried to run over her husband Jesse James and had put "weird signs" and animal fur at their house at Sunset Beach.

Actress Sandra BullockMarcia Valentine had been arrested in April on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon.

The judge banned Marcia Valentine from coming into contact with Sandra Bullock or her husband Jesse James, or James's three children for a period of three years.

Sandra Bullock’s lawyer said that the woman stalker had been seen shouting obscenities at Sandra Bullock’s husband.

No charges have been pressed against Marcia Diana Valentine but the prosecutors may decide to do so at the next scheduled court appearance on 22 May.
