Last year, Tom Sizemore, 45, escaped jail after admitting he used methamphetamine but was sentenced to three years' probation.
Police in Bakersfield, north of Los Angeles, saw Tom Sizemore showing signs he was under the influence of the stimulant drug and he was arrested for suspected possession of methamphetamine, being under the influence of a controlled drug and in possession of narcotic paraphernalia, reports say.
Tom Sizemore had been on probation since October 2004, when he received a 16-month suspended prison sentence for possessing methamphetamine, and then in 2006, he admitted breaching that order and was told he must have weekly drug tests receive treatment at a dependency clinic.
