Didier Grumbach (President - Federation Francaise de la Couture Du Pret-a-Porter des Couturiers et des Createurs de Mode) confirmed the attendance of Anamika Khanna and Manish Arora at the Paris Fashion Week. Didier Grumbach is a regular at the Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week, which is India’s biggest fashion trade event.
The FDCI is hoping to extend its range with contacts at the international Fashion Councils and this forthcoming French showcase at the Paris Fashion Week for two of its members is seen as a great success and an example of how it is reaching out across the world.
Rathi Vinay Jha, Director General of the FDCI is reported to have said, “Anamika is a talented designer and we are extremely proud of the fact that she along with Manish Arora will be the first Indian designers to make a mark at a prestigious platform like the Paris Fashion Week."
