David Beckham’s wife ex-Spice Girl Victoria for US TV

Wife of footballer David Beckham, singer and ex-Spice Girl Victoria Beckham is to star in a TV programme about her move to America and she has signed a £10m deal with NBC for this.

It will take the form of a fly-on-the-wall documentary and will be looking into the world of Victoria Beckham, although it will exclude her celebrity husband and sons.

Victoria Beckham became famous as Posh Spice during her time with the group the Spice Girls and then went on to pursue a solo career as did the other Spice Girls.

The move to America will reportedly earn David Beckham $250m (£127m) over five years and Victoria Beckham has been reported as saying she thinks it is "really exciting".

A spokeswoman on behalf of Victoria Beckham said that details of the programme hadn’t yet been released and nor was there any date known yet for when it was going to be shown.
