Perez Hilton site owner sued over topless Jennifer Aniston photos
Universal City Studios Productions in Hollywood is suing Mario Lavandeira, the owner of the Perez Hilton celebrity blog site, for publishing topless photographs of Friends actress Jennifer Aniston, which it claims were stolen and copied illegally.

The studio is seeking an injunction against all further publication of the photos and for the pictures, alleged to have been taken during Jennifer Aniston's 2006 romantic comedy The Break-Up, to be returned, but a lawyer representing Mario Lavandeira, aka Perez Hilton, said his client had "done nothing wrong".

Perez HiltonMario Lavandeira, 28, it is claimed by the prosecution, "posted all or parts of the stolen footage from the motion picture on his website".

His lawyer’s statement claimed that Mr Lavandeira had not committed any wrongdoing because: "The use of a portion of a single photograph that was previously published on numerous websites, for the purpose of commentary and satire, constitutes fair use."

Universal City Studios are also requesting a trial by jury and for all monetary damages to be determined by the Californian court.
