Michael Eavis had also said that the Who were not the “biggest band in the world” and that the act who will be headlining, and who are a “modern band,” would be announced after tickets had sold out in April.
Tickets for the Glastonbury Festival go on sale on 1 April after a pre-registration period in February.
Michael Eavis also confirmed that the Arctic Monkeys and Bjork were on this year’s Glastonbury Festival line-up.
