Ralph the whale shark dies at Georgia Aquarium in America
Ralph the whale shark, who was a star attraction at Georgia Aquarium in America and 22ft-long (6.7m), has died.

Ralph was one of four whale sharks in the aquarium and he had not been eating well as well as showing unusual swimming patterns, officials have said.

Ralph the whale sharkThe giant fish was actually only "a teenager", and the cause of his death was not able to be determined.

Ralph arrived at the aquarium in 2005 from Taiwan, and he and Norton - another male whale shark - arrived at the same time. They were joined a year later by two females of the species, called Alice and Trixie.

The Georgia Aquarium is said to be the largest in the world and houses more than 100,000 specimens.

Whale sharks are the largest fish found anywhere in the world and can grow up to an incredible 50ft in length.
