Screen Actors Guild Awards nominations for Leonardo DiCaprio
Actor Leonardo DiCaprio has two nominations for the Screen Actors Guild Awards for roles as a mercenary and a policeman.

Leonardo DiCaprio, 32, has been nominated as the lead actor in Blood Diamond, which is a thriller, and in the supporting category for The Departed, another film in the same genre.

Leonadro DiCaprioThe musical Dreamgirls, the drama Babel and the comedy Little Miss Sunshine were among films that secured as many as three nominations.
The Screen Actors Guild Awards ceremony is one of the main events before next month's Oscars.

Dame Helen Mirren was nominated for her lead role in The Queen and Dame Judi Dench was nominated for Notes on a Scandal, a film, which gave Cate Blanchett a nomination in the supporting role category.

Forest Whittaker for his role as Idi Amin in Last King of Scotland, Will Smith for In Pursuit of Happyness and veteran actor Peter O'Toole for Venus are all nomionees for best actor.
