Pop singer Kylie Minogue's new look marks her breast cancer recovery

Pop singer Kylie Minogue is back in the news with her new look as she continues her recovery from breast cancer.

Photographs of 37-year-old Kylie Minogue, which were taken by her boyfriend Olivier Martinez in the Italian village of Portofino, have been posted on the star's website.

A note with the images said Kylie Minogue is "relaxed and happy" and wanted to "send a big hello" to her fans.

Kylie Minogue revealed that she had cancer in May 2005 and had surgery in Australia two days after the diagnosis. She finished her chemotherapy in December but is still receiving medical treatment.
Kylie Minogue was forced to pull out of her Showgirl world tour and an appearance at last year's Glastonbury Festival after the breast cancer diagnosis, but Glastonbury organiser Michael Eavis revealed earlier this week that Minogue could be headlining next year's festival.
