Tickets for Wembley will go on sale at 0900 BST on Friday and Cardiff tickets will be available in two weeks time.
Members of Madonna's fan club Icon are able to purchase tickets from Tuesday at 1000 BST and prices range from £80 to £160.
The tour will also include dates in Amsterdam, Paris, Rome, Hanover, Dusseldorf, Horsens in Denmark and Osaka and Tokyo in Japan.
The American leg includes Chicago, Boston, San Jose, Phoenix, Fresno, Las Vegas, Philadelphia, Atlantic City, Miami, Montreal and New York.
Fashion guru Jean Paul Gaultier will design costumes for Madonna and her troupe of dancers and musicians.
Madonna last toured in 2004 and fans will be eagerly awaiting to see her this year.
