French residents sue over H1N1 Swine Flu vaccine
Nine French residents have taken legal action because they claim that the H1N1 Swine Flu vaccination campaign is an attempt to poison the people of France.

The charges filed yesterday are in the form of a “plainte contre X,” meaning that the perpetrator of an alleged crime is not known, or has not been identified, in the charge sheet.

Swine FluThe nine people from the Isére region of France, including a health worker, a teacher and a radio talk show host, are cited as joint plaintiffs in the case.

Jean-Pierre Joseph, lawyer for the nine, is reported to have called the Swine Flu vaccination campaign “A veritable attempt to poison.”

Joseph confirmed that the charges were filed at the High Court in Grenoble before the senior examining magistrate.

One of the charges is of “Attempting to administer substances…of a nature which could result in death.”

Further legal action is said to be planned in the Isére area, as well as in Paris, Pau and Nantes, by French people who are opposed to the vaccination campaign.
