This Is It is a documentary based around behind the scenes footage of the late star's rehearsals for his 02 concert dates in London. Jackson died in June just weeks before the gigs were due to begin.
The film will go on release for its premiere in 25 cities around the world.
The London showing at 0100 GMT Wednesday, October 28 at the Odeon Cinema Leicester Square, will be running at the same time as it is also being screened in 15 other cities including Los Angeles, New York, Berlin and Rio.
High School Musical director Kenny Ortega made This Is It, and was also the musical director for the This is It Tour.
