Lohan's house in Hollywood Hills got burgled in August while the actress was out.
Patridge, who stars in The Hills on MTV, had also been the victim of a break-in back in February, and as had happened at the burglary at Lohan’s place, footage of the suspected culprits was caught by security cameras.
Three people are shown in the footage of the incident at Lohan’s home, and a man and a woman are to be seen at Patridge’s house.
Lohan's publicist had explained at the time the crime took place that many of the star's personal belongings had been stolen.
