Singer Michael Jackson’s death was homicide
The cause of pop star Michael Jackson's death was homicide, the Los Angeles coroner has revealed. The singer died mainly from the effects of Propofol and Lorazepam, although four other drugs were in his body as well.

A statement issued by the coroner reads: "The cause of death was established as acute Propofol intoxication."

Michael JacksonJackson had a cardiac arrest at his Los Angeles home in June, and was 50 when he died.

The LA coroner's verdict of homicide has made it more likely that Jackson's doctors will now be charged with killing him. In America homicide includes murder and manslaughter.

His personal physician Dr Conrad Murray has already been questioned by police but he has not so far been considered officially as a suspect.

The drugs Midazolam, Valium and Lidocaine, as well as the stimulant Ephedrine, were also in Jackson’s body when he met his death.
