Brown was in trouble over this before and was actually briefly imprisoned for four days back in 2007 for having not made his payments then.
Register of Probate Patrick McDermott explained that the singer is required to pay $5,500 (£3,364) in child support each month.
Brown came to fame in the 1980s and early 1990s, with hit songs including My Prerogative, and Don't Be Cruel and Every Little Step.
Brown was previously married to fellow singer Whitney Houston back in 1992 but they divorced 15 years after their marriage.
