Usual Suspects star Stephen Baldwin is bankrupt
Actor Stephen Baldwin has filed for bankruptcy, and had to admit that he owes as much as $2.3m (£1.4m). Baldwin has over $1m (£611,000) in tax debts.

Baldwin, the brother of actor Alec and who is famous for his role in The Usual Suspects, has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in New York, and his wife Kennya is also included in the papers.

Actor Stephen BaldwinBaldwin, who is a born-again Christian and who is a co-presenter of a radio show with evangelist Kevin McCullough, has debts of $1.2m (£733,000) on two mortgages on a property north of New York City.

The actor also has approximately $70,000 (£42,766) in credit card debt.

In June this year, 43-year-old Baldwin quit the Costa Rican set of the American version of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! because he was ill with an infection.

Baldwin claimed he had been bitten some 125 times by insects during his eight days of working on the TV show.
