French Formula One driver Sebastien Bourdais threatens Toro Rosso
French Formula One driver Sebastien Bourdais has threatened to take legal action against the Toro Rosso motorsport team. He is annoyed because Toro Rosso sacked him after a number of disappointing results in this year's championship.

Bourdais had only been able to claim six points from the 27 grand prix races for Toro Rosso, however, he argues that this did not warrant the action the team took against him.

Sebastien BourdaisBourdais said that he had told his lawyers to look into the matter with a view to proceeding with legal action against Toro Rosso.

Bourdais is expected to be replaced in the Hungarian Grand Prix on 26 July by Jaime Alguersuari from Spain.

At the age of just 19, the Spaniard would become the youngest ever Formula One racing driver.
