Ms White is said to have given Ms Rowe's e-mails to the press in which it had been said that she didn’t want the two children that Jackson had fathered, however, it is claimed that Ms White had made up these e-mails.
Court documents show that Rowe and White never exchanged any e-mails concerning Jackson who had died recently.
The amount Ms Rowe, who is the mother of Prince Michael, 12, and Jackson’s daughter Paris, 11, is seeking in damages is not known at present, but she is expected to attend a hearing over the custody of Jackson's three children on Monday.
Ms Rowe was not included in Jackson's will. Katherine Jackson, Michael’s mother, was appointed as their legal guardian.
