The singer and Fielder-Civil had got married in Miami in May 2007 but Winehouse has had trouble with drink and drugs, which her father Mitch blamed on her husband’s bad influence.
Earlier this year in January, Fielder-Civil's lawyer began divorce proceedings on the grounds of adultery by Winehouse
In July 2008, Fielder-Civil was given a 27 months sentence for assaulting a pub landlord in east London, back in 2006.
Although Winehouse has had a lot of success with her singles and albums she has also had a lot of health trouble including periods in hospital and rehab.
