France’s Stephane Houdet and Michael Jeremiasz in wheelchair final
French disabled athletes Stephane Houdet and Michael Jeremiasz are hoping they can win the Wimbledon men's wheelchair doubles event in Sunday's final.

They have qualified so far by already defeating Sweden's Stefan Olsson and Peter Wikstrom with a 7-6 (15-13) 6-1 victory score in Saturday's semi-final.

Stephane Houdet and Michael JeremiaszHoudet and Jeremiasz, who are the French Open champions, were in the lead 5-2 in the opening set but they let the Swedes make a comeback.

Wilkstrom and Olsson, who were at Wimbledon for the first time, then claimed a 6-5 lead before their French opponents forced a tie-break.

Eventually though, the French pair got the upper hand again and kept it to win the game.

Houdet and Jeremiasz go forward to next play Robin Ammerlaan of the Netherlands and Japanese player Shingo Kunieda, in the decider.
