Can Associates drop model Katie Price aka Jordan

Can Associates, the management company who represent former glamour model and media celebrity Katie Price aka Jordan, have announced that they will no longer be doing so.

Manager Claire Powell, who has worked with the star for the past five years, has not revealed why they have taken this decision.

For Jordan this news comes at a very bad time because it has happened only three days after it was made public that she and pop singer Peter Andre had separated and that he wanted to divorce her.

Powell admitted that she has worked with Andre for longer than Jordan, but it is not known whether this had anything to do with why the former model has been dropped.

Andre and Jordan had originally met up on the reality show I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! and the relationship they began then led to them getting married later on.

Can Associates, who have represented Jordan since 2004 issued a statement in which they said: "We wish Katie every success for the future."
