58-year-old Leno went to the hospital on Thursday after feeling sick, however, Leno's spokesperson revealed that doctors let him out him on Friday after discovering that he wasn't suffering from any serious illness
Leno has never missed an episode of the Tonight Show since he became the show's host all the way back in 1992.
Details of what was wrong with Leno have not been disclosed but the NBC network reported that the comedian was feeling much better and was eager to get back to work.
Leno, who often features top Hollywood stars as his guests on the Tonight Show, is due to step down as host next month when Conan O'Brien will replace him.
