French rugby coach Marc Lievremont keeps team the same
French rugby coach Marc Lievremont has decided not to change any of the team that will be taking part in France's final Six Nations match against Italy in Rome on Saturday.

Lievremont had earlier on said he would make changes after his side lost 34-10 to England on Sunday, but he has now come to the conclusion that he will stick with the current line up.

LievremontLievremont will be announcing his starting XV on Wednesday and he explained that he had thought the team would win at Twickenham against England and now he thinks they will be victorious in Rome.

France's defeat by England was a great disappointment for the country and French newspaper L'Equipe claimed it was "Waterloo all over again".

If France win in Italy, it could gain them third place, or possibly second place if Wales are beaten at home to Ireland. France would also need England to get defeated at home against Scotland.

It remains to be seen as to whether Lievremont has made the right choice when France take on Italy.
