Jack Black teams up with Kung Fu Panda writers again
School of Rock star Jack Black is to team up with the writers of animation film Kung Fu Panda again for an untitled action comedy, The Hollywood Reporter has reported.

Black is said to be getting together with Jonathan Aibel and Glenn Berger to produce and star in the new film.

Kung Fu PandaAibel explained that the writers wanted to work with either a panda or with Black and added that they decided that if they could write for the actor as a panda then they could do the same for him as a human too.

In the new film, which has been called a "sort of comedic The Bourne Identity," Black’s character forgets his identity but decides that he is actually a spy.

The two writers had worked with Black for months on recording sessions for the DreamWorks Animation's Panda, and back in August it was confirmed that the studio was planning a follow up film.
