
Time is being allowed for the investigation to be made and results concluded although it is not definite that a court case will result.
Societe Generale had claimed that Mr Kerviel lost 4.9bn euros by making unauthorised trades and an internal report discovered "signs of internal complicity' by Mougard.
Kerviel is currently out on bail but is being investigated for breach of trust, computer abuse and falsification.
He denies any criminal activity and maintains that the bank knew what he was doing.
The Societe Generale bank has itself been fined 4m euros for allowing one of its employees, namely Kerviel, to be able to operate as a rogue trader.
