French hospital admits pregnant actress Angelina Jolie

A French hospital in the south of the country has admitted Hollywood actress Angelina Jolie, and it is expected she will stay there to give birth to the twins she is carrying.

Nadine Bauer, spokeswoman for the Lenval Hospital in Nice, is reported to have confirmed that Jolie is doing well, and she added that the movie star, who is pregnant by Brad Pitt, would be very likely to remain in the hospital to have her babies.

The hospital spokeswoman also explained that the actress was not expected to give birth straight away, and she also said that Angelina Jolie’s admittance to the maternity ward had been planned for some time.

Jolie had already announced that she was expecting twins whilst a guest at the Cannes Film Festival back in May. She did this to confirm what Kung Fu Panda co-star Jack Black had accidentally claimed in an interview.
