Andrew Bogut's biggest NBA career moment, Bryant nets 62 points

Andrew Bogut had the biggest moment of his NBA career and it happened when he gave Milwaukee Bucks a 109-107 overtime victory over San Antonio Spurs on Tuesday.

The No. 1 pick in the 2005 draft made a fade away jumper as time ran out to give Milwaukee Bucks their win.

Andrew Bogut had also scored the tying basket with 14 seconds left in overtime and finished with 19 points, including five in overtime. He added nine rebounds, seven offensive, and two blocks.

"I've never had a buzzer-beating game-winner, but to do it in the NBA against the world champions is a great feeling," Andrew Bogut said.

"The guy I've always looked up to is Tim Duncan. So, to do this against his team is a great feeling for me."
Maurice Williams scored 28 points and Michael Redd also added 20 for the Milwaukee Bucks.

Tim Duncan had a season-high 34 points on 15-of-28 shooting and grabbed 13 rebounds before fouling out with 22 seconds left in overtime. Tony Parker added 22 points and Nazr Mohammed 11 in the Spurs' second straight loss.

The San Antonio Spurs took a four-point lead early in overtime, but Maurice Williams' free throw after Tim Duncan fouled out cut it to 106-105.

Robert Horry gave the San Antonio Spurs a two-point lead with one free throw with 20 seconds left before the Milwaukee Bucks tied it at 107 on Andrew Bogut's follow shot six seconds later.

As a matter of interest, the game had featured two first-round picks that faced each other for the second time.

Andrew Bogut, from Melbourne, Australia, and Tim Duncan, the No. 1 pick in the 1997 NBA draft, had played against each other in the 2004 Olympics in Athens. Andrew Bogut's Australian team led the United States before the Americans outscored Australia 24-12 in the fourth quarter and won 89-79.

Kobe Bryant took the Los Angeles Lakers to a spectacular 112-90 win over the Dallas Mavericks on Tuesday at the Staples Center, New York. It was a record-setting highlight of Kobe Bryant's career. Read More
