LA judge allows Britney Spears greater access to sons
Singer Britney Spears has been granted more access to her two sons by a Los Angeles judge.

Mark Vincent Kaplan, who is dealing with the case, said he could see that Spears had made a lot of progress in getting her life back together after all her recent problems.

Singer Britney SpearsBritney Spears’ former husband Kevin Federline has had custody of the couple’s sons since January, when the singer was admitted to a psychiatric hospital.

This was another incident in a trail of problems that 26-year-old Spears had had since the breakdown of her relationship with Federline, and included a bizarre episode in which she shaved her head at a beauty salon, hit a car with an umbrella, and went in and out of rehab.

Due to all this Britney Spears lost custody of two-and-a-half-year-old Sean Preston and Jayden James, 20 months, last October and then lost her access rights in January.

Spears’ parents were glad to hear what the lawyer had decided and said and they commented: "We are so pleased at Britney's progress and we are very appreciative of the court's recognition of this progress."
