Indie rock singer, songwriter and performance artist and poet KatieJane Garside, who first came to fame fronting the band Daisy Chainsaw is collaborating with Chris Whittingham in a musical creative project called Ruby Throat and is just about to tour France.
Fans will be able to see KatieJane/Ruby Throat performing their alternative folk on the following dates: Le Café de La Danse in Paris on 21 April, Le Ciel in Grenoble on 22nd, Le Volume in Nice on 23rd, at the Daki Ling in Marseille on 24th and finishing up at Le Clacson in Oullins on 25th of the month.
KatieJane Garside is known for her innovative and experimental style of expression and she has recently also created installation art pieces, as well as completing her own collection of “lalleshwari / glasswilderness” recordings, “listen with mother” books and is working on artistic projects with James Sutton.
