Sam Lutfi, ex-manager of Britney Spears, ordered to stay away
Sam Lutfi, who is the former manager of troubled pop singer Britney Spears, has been ordered to stay away from her by a Los Angeles court.

US District Court Judge Philip Gutierrez has ruled that Sam Lutfi is not allowed within 250 yards (228 metres) of Britney Spears until 17 March
.

Britney SpearsBritney Spears' mother Lynne Spears had alleged that Sam Lutfi had drugged her daughter, as well as cutting her home phone, and the judge’s action was in response to this.

A lawyer for Britney Spears’ father, James Spears, who has been put in temporary legal charge of his daughter’s estate, stated in court papers that it had taken three weeks to serve the restraining order on Sam Lutfi.

The court order means Sam Lutfi must not have any contact with Britney Spears by any means and he must also stay away from any of her family.
